An FYI message to NC residents:
If you have TWC Internet at home, it's likely that they are charging $8/month for a lease of their modem. It's wiser to buy a $64 modern cable modem with support for DOCSIS 3.0:
DOCSIS 3.0 is important here because by the end of year 2015 TWC customers will be upgraded to much higher speeds and DOCSIS 3 would be a prerequisite for getting it.
Turbo --> from 20 / 2 to 100 / 10Mbps
Extreme --> from 30 / 5 to 200 / 20Mbps
Ultimate --> from 50 / 5 to 300 / 20Mbps
