Network Solutions can no longer handle their business. NetSol's web-portal had a glitch about 2 years ago which locked out our account with them (unable to login, unable to reset password). There were 4 sessions of 1-2 hours on the phone with their techs, every 4-6 months. Here's the latest outcome after another failure to resolve and promise to escalate: "We sincerely apologize that we are unable to contact you within 1-2 hours from the time you requested to speak with a supervisor. Please be advised that we will have a supervisor contact you within the next business day. Should you need immediate assistance you can contact us back anytime using the numbers below." Bottom line: stay away from over-grown beasts, no customer support to speak of in 9 out of 10 cases.
